Membership Agreement

Part 1 of 2

1. Membership Tiers and Responsibilities

1.1 Opt-in Member: As an Opt-in Member, you gain basic access to Ceec’s core features, including the ability to explore and contribute to shared knowledge within the private association. Opt-in members have limited use of bookmarking tools and the search functionality.

1.2 Associate Member: This tier expands your digital experience with additional benefits, including access to 10 bookmarks, shared content repositories, and folders for personal organization. Associate Members also enjoy faster redirects and enhanced search capabilities.

1.3 Full Member: For a donation of $108 annually, Full Members receive advanced tools, including access to all search engines, 100 bookmarks, the ability to save website history (up to 500 records), and ad-free browsing. Full Members can also create and manage shared content repositories and folders for collaboration with other members.

1.4 Enhanced Member: Enhanced Members, for a donation of $199 annually, receive unlimited access to all search engines, unlimited bookmarks, the ability to save an unlimited number of history records, advanced website saving features, and ad-free navigation. Enhanced Members enjoy maximum flexibility and priority support for an optimized browsing experience.

2. Intellectual Property and Member Contributions

2.1 Third-Party Links: Links to third-party websites added by members are not considered their intellectual property, as they are publicly available URLs. The use of such links is for personal and shared exploration purposes within the association.

2.2 Folders and Shared Content: Members may create private folders and shared content repositories, which are considered the member’s intellectual property as they pertain to organizational efforts within Ceec. These private or shared resources can be removed by the member, but any content bookmarked by other members may persist in the network.

3. Member Engagement and Responsibilities

3.1 Participation in OEO: By joining Ordo Exploratio Omnis (OEO), members commit to active participation within a community focused on knowledge-sharing, respect, and the free exchange of ideas. Members are expected to contribute meaningfully and responsibly to Ceec’s evolving knowledge base.

3.2 Non-Commercial Use: OEO operates as a private, non-commercial entity, and members agree not to exploit their access or contributions for financial gain. Any such activity is prohibited and may result in the termination of membership.

4. Dispute Resolution and Amicable Practices

4.1 Internal Dispute Resolution: OEO values a peaceful and respectful member environment. Any disputes between members or between a member and OEO will be handled through internal dialogue and mediation, fostering amicable resolutions without the need for external legal interventions.

4.2 Member Responsibilities: All members are expected to engage respectfully with one another. Any conflicts that arise should first be addressed internally, with the support of OEO’s mediation process.

5. Worldwide Participation and Member Accountability

5.1 Worldwide Access: OEO welcomes members from across the world, ensuring that its tools and principles apply universally. While OEO operates within its private association framework, members are responsible for ensuring their actions comply with their local laws.

5.2 Member Accountability: Participation in OEO is a voluntary act. Members must conduct themselves with integrity and respect for the laws of their home jurisdictions while honoring the values of the association.

6. Amendments to the Membership Agreement

6.1 Periodic Revisions: OEO reserves the right to amend this Membership Agreement periodically, to better reflect the evolving needs of the association and its members. Members will be notified of any significant updates, which will be implemented transparently and in line with OEO’s guiding principles.

6.2 Member Review: Members are encouraged to periodically review the Membership Agreement to ensure they remain informed of their rights and responsibilities within OEO.
